Found this Park Avenue Ultra while walking to get groceries today. Apparently it's supercharged. Is this a rare vehicle? Apparently not, because a different one drove by me a few minutes later. Although I don't know if that's an Ultra.
For everyone else, because people love the colour green, here's a dark green X5. Truly a beautiful colour for the car.

quickest way to tell an ultra from a regular park ave; Whether or not there is a hood ornament.

Actually all PAs after a certain year are sans hood ornament.

Where is this guy parked, and is it as bad as it looks?

The Park Avenue itself, while not their best-selling car, is pretty commonplace. As it was their flagship it was more expensive (but better-built) than the LeSabre or Regal. The Ultra isn't *terribly* common. I've seen maybe three around where I live, and occasionally one will pop up on Craigslist (there's on on CL right now for $1400 that has me feeling sexual things).

Don't worry, it's a used car dealership. He owns the property. And apparently can park right beside the bus stop.
